Rubber Band Systems

These systems exist to help balance new and experienced players. They exist to help provide a somewhat level playing field and good OMG experience. Generally they apply modifiers based on the player's leader board position. The calculations takes place after a battle has reported, but before it has processed.
Please note that at no time do the rubber bands interact with each other and form a rubber band ball.
