Resource Bonus

In OMG you can use Victory Points to buy extra resources. With each time you buy a Resource Bonus, the cost in victory points will increase by two points. With each resource bonus you buy you get 10% increase to your chosen resource, except for Manpower which is only ~5.5%. However, the non-chosen resources decrease by 2.5%.
