A military operation plan is a formal plan for military armed forces, their military organizations and units to conduct operations, as drawn up by commanders within the combat operations process in achieving objectives before or during a conflict. Military plans are generally produced in accordance with the military doctrine of the troops involved.
In OMG Planned Strike is one of the trees available to Wehrmacht Blitzkrieg Doctrine players.

Customization
Tier One
This is the first level of customization.
Artillery Observation
Applies to and unlocks Flare.
- 1: Fire a flare, 12 minute cool down, flare gives LoS lasts for 15 seconds +2 uses.
- 2: Fire a flare, 10 minute cool down; lasts for 20 seconds.
- 3: Fire a flare, 8 minute cool down; lasts for 25 seconds +2 uses.
Binoculars
Applies to infantry and support weapons.
- 1: Weapon Crews gain 3% increase to Line of Sight.
- 2: Weapon Crews gain 5% increase to Line of Sight.
- 3: Infantry gain 3% increase to Line of Sight.
- 4: Both infantry and Weapon Crews get 5% increase to line of sight.
Attack
- 1: Allies have 10% less time to set up defenses.
- 2: Allies have 20% less time to set up defenses.
- 3: Allies have 30% less time to set up defenses.
- 4: Allies have 40% less time to set up defenses.
- 5: Allies have 50% less time to set up defenses.
Tier Two
This is the second level of customization.
Specialized Assault Guns
Applies to the Stuh 42.
- 3: Unlocks the StuH 42.
Field Mechanics
- 3: Repair truck available for purchase, repairs at 125%, does not stack repairs.
Increased Payload
Requires Artillery Observation(3).
- 1: 30% chance to drop small, very inaccurate artillery barrage when enemy is in flare radius; 2 shells.
- 2: 35% chance to drop artillery; 2 shells.
- 3: 40% chance to drop artillery; 3 shells.
- 4: 45% chance to drop artillery; 3 shells.
- 5: 50% chance to drop artillery; 3 shells.
Territorial Blitzkrieg
Applies to Infantry. Requires Attack(3).
- 1: Infantry capture territory at 120%.
- 2: Infantry capture territory at 140%.
- 3: Infantry capture territory at 160%.
- 4: Infantry capture territory at 180%.
- 5: Infantry capture territory at 200%.
Tier Three
This is the third level of customization.
Forward Artillery
Applies to StuH 42. Requires Superior Eyesight(3).
- 1: 10% splash damage increase.
- 2: 15% splash damage increase.
- 3: 20% splash damage increase.
- 4: 25% splash damage increase.
- 5: 30% splash damage increase.
Medical Supplies at the Front Line
- 3: Medic Opel Blitz ability unlocked.
Junkers Ju 87
Applies to and unlocks Junkers Ju 87.
- 1: Ability unlocked.
- 2: Increased use(2 total).
- 3: Increased use(3 total).
Joint Operations
Requires Territorial Blitzkrieg.
- 1: Team population increased by 1.
- 2: Team population increased by 2.
- 3: Team population increased by 3.
Tier Four
This is the fourth level of customization.
Combined Forces
Requires Precision Bombardment(3).
- 1: Received accuracy drops to 80%.
- 2: 10% less weapon cool down.
- 3: 10% more accurate.
- 4: Received accuracy drops to to 70%.
- 5: Received suppression 80%.
Team Strike
Requires Junkers Ju 87(3).
- 1: Team mate units arrive 20% faster.
- 2: Team mate units arrive 40% faster.
- 3: Team mate units arrive 60% faster; player units sprint for 10s after arriving to the field.
- 4: Team mate units arrive 80% faster; player units sprint for 15s after arriving to the field.
- 5: Team mate units arrive 100% faster; player units sprint for 20s after arriving to the field.
Panther Aces
Requires Territorial Blitzkrieg(3).
- 1: Long Range Lock Down
- 2: Building Take Down
- 3: Stay on Target
- 4: Aimed Shot
- 5: Panthers receive free side skirts and MG42 at Veterancy level 1.
Tier Five
This is the fifth level of customization.
Joint Strike Force
Requires Team Strike(5).
- 1: Volksgrenadiers can now upgrade to a 6 man squad for 35 more manpower.
- 2: Grenadiers can now upgrade to a 5 man squad for 50 manpower.
- 3: Stormtrooperscan now upgrade to a 5 man squad for 50 manpower. Knight's Cross Holders upgrade to a 4 man squad for 60 manpower.
- 4: Volksgrenadiers and Grenadiers get 1 extra use on all abilities.
- 5: Stormtroopers and Knight's Cross Holders get 1 extra use on all abilities.
Reconnaissance Information
Requires Panther Aces(5).
- 1: High Reconnaissance planes recon a section of the map.
- 2: Every 7th enemy call in (for 1 players) is displayed on screen.
- 3: Every 5th enemy call in (for 1 player) is displayed on screen.
- 4: Every 3rd enemy call in (for 1 player) is displayed on screen.
- 5: Enemy armor can be seen on the mini map.
