This is the German form of the officer.
History
The Leutnant (Lieutenant) was a commissioned officer rank in the German military. Their main role was leading their platoon into battle, though as officer losses grew in the war it wasn't uncommon to see a Leutnant the company in place of the Hauptmann (Captain).
Tactics
- He has a powerful observed fire ability, which will saturate an area with mortar fire.
- Units he supervises have a large increase in accuracy. He can observe any unit type.
- One officer on the field is enough at all times. You can supervise several of your artillery pieces and your allies units with one.
- Supervise the unit that is needed the most. If for example you get attacked by a lot of infantry put him on that machine gun.
- Officers have a high critical rate, descent sight range and can take more then one sniper shot. If necessary they can therefore actually hunt a sniper.
