Courage, also known as bravery, will, intrepidity, and fortitude, is the ability to confront fear, pain, risk/danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. "Physical courage" is courage in the face of physical pain, hardship, or threat of death, while "moral courage" is the ability to act rightly in the face of popular opposition, shame, scandal, or discouragement.

In OMG it is one of the three trees available to Wehrmacht Terror Doctrine players.

Iron Nerves

Applies to Knights Cross Holders

1: +3% Damage (Short Range)
2: +4% Damage (Short)
3: +5% Damage (Short)

5: +7% Damage (Short); +7% Damage (Short) [Vet 3]

Bullet Time

Applies to Grenadiers and Volksgrenadiers.

1: -2% Received Accuracy (Moving)
2: -6% Received Accuracy (Moving)
3: -8% Received Accuracy (Moving)

Concentration

Applies to Infantry.

1: -5% Sight Range; +2% Accuracy (Long) [Vet 2]
2: -5% Sight Range; +6% Accuracy (Long) [Vet 2]
3: -5% Sight Range; +10% Accuracy (Long) [Vet 2]
4: -5% Sight Range; +14% Accuracy (Long) [Vet 2]; +8% Accuracy (Long) [Vet 1]

Applies to Knight's Cross Holders. Requires Iron Nerves(3).

Outstanding Bravery

Applies to Volksgrenadiers. Requires Combat Experience(2).

Eager For Battle

Applies to Infantry. Requires Overwhelming Assault(2).

3: +1 Move Speed [Negative Cover]; +20% Received Accuracy [Negative Cover]; +20% Received Damage [Negative Cover]

Heavy Weapons

Applies to Infantry. Requires Practice(4) and Overwhelming Assault(3).

Tier Four

This is the fourth level of customization.

Unlocks and applies to Experience. Requires Oak Leaves(5).

Hardened Ammunition Applies to LMGs. Requires Eager For Battle(1) and Heavy Weapons(1).

4: AP Rounds; +15% Damage (Buildings)

Surprise

3: +15% Damage; +20% AOE Range; Double Toss.

Field Medicine

Applies to Medpacks. Requires Morphine(2).
