December Patch is here!

Maps:
  • Bois Jacque has been updated with shot-blockers.

General
  • UI Mod changed so you can see friendly health and experience values.
  • VPs should now correctly cap at 30 now.

Bug Fixes
  • Triage Center now correctly shows up on the mini-map
  • Multiple uses Airborne Medical crate can now be used
  • Pershing population now correctly is 16 in-game
  • Hellcat now has auxillary MG weapons disabled in cloak
  • Blitz Armoured advanced range to 25
  • Defensive Medic now correctly shows up on the Tactical Map
  • KCH Aura now uses the British-style LT command star
  • Terror propaganda tower now uses a smaller minimap icon
  • Hezter now has it’s auxillary MG weapons disabled while in cloak
  • Radio Disruption now affects all squads in its area, commando smoke effect will go off so all can see it was just used
  • Over Repair now has correct vehicle classes assigned per vCoH. Before, all vehicles except staghound had “heavy”
    • “Light” vehicles get +75 health: Bren Carrier and Jeep
    • “Medium” vehicles get +125 health: M8 Greyhound, T17 Armored Car, Stuart Light Tank, Tetrarch Light Tank, and Staghound Armoured Car
    • “Heavy” vehicles and all buildings/emplacements get +200 health: Everything not in the “light” or “medium” category
  • Tetrarch and Tetrarch Upgun now have vCoH target tables
    • Moving Accuracy 0.5 > 0.75
    • vs Infantry 0.5 > 0.75
  • Bren Gun upgrade on Sappers price reduced to 65 MU
  • Bofors and flakvierling now correctly give green cover to the crews
  • Per vCoH, Sniper weapons now have 0.5 accuracy vs moving sniper armor
  • Units that infiltrate now correctly gain XP
  • Boys AT Rifle now properly using new values from last patch. Previously was using original values from patch before last.
  • Commando PIATs with the 4th man upgrade now can capture territory
  • AP Rounds now should transfer between crews

Americans
  • Recoilless Rifles increased to 200 MU
  • 57mm AP Rounds have unlimited uses, but have 4 minute cooldown
  • .30-cal AP Rounds have unlimited uses, but have 2 minute cooldown
  • Engineers Flamethrower price reduced to 70 MU
  • Hellcat .50 Cal is now disabled when camouflaged
  • US Onboard Mechanics now provide 0.5 speed modifier
  • US Onboard Mechanics W&T provided at 3.8 wear and tear per second
  • US Onboard Mechanics (heavy) price reduced to 70 MU
  • Ambush rifles are now 3 pop down from 4

British
  • Commandos price reduced to 300 MP, 140 MU
  • Commando PIAT extra man reduced to 50 MP
  • 17 Pounder AP Rounds have unlimited uses, but have 4 minute cooldown
  • Emplacements now have “Radio Triangulation armor” while under construction Unfinished emplacements are now not automatically targeted.
  • Tetrarch upgun reduced to 60 FU
  • Kangaroo carrier price changed to 300 MP, 140 FU, 6 pop. Starting pool increased to 4, hard cap to 8
  • Infantry Glider fuel cost removed
  • Armor Glider health increased to 400, fuel cost reduced to 10 FU
  • Firefly Tank Commander price reduced to 35 MU
  • Tetrarch Upgun stat changed to prefer tanks over infantry
  • Tetrarch price increased to 280 MP, 80 F
  • Captain resupply increased to 1 every game (from 1 every 2 games)
  • Buffed Commando deployment timer T1
  • Removed expert engineers as a slotless upgrade from 'Packing Heat' T1, as it was applying to all British doctrines

Panzer Elite
  • FG42 price reduced to 130 MU
  • Assault Grenadier price reduced to 85 MU, extra man price reduced to 25 MU (total 110 MU for 4 man squad)
  • Fallshirmjaeger price reduced to 240 MP
  • Bergetiger
    • Veterancy repair bonuses removed
    • Base repair rate increased to 3 hp/s (same as old vet 3)
  • Hotchkiss upgun price reduced to 70 FU
  • Marder III reduced to 5 pop
  • Hetzer MG is now disabled when camouflaged
  • Hetzer reduced to 10 pop
  • Panzer 4 IST stat changed to prefer infantry over tanks
  • Panzer 4 IST APCR stat changed to prefer infantry over tanks
  • Hotchkiss Upgun stat changed to prefer tanks over infantry
  • Luftwaffe Ground Forces LMG34 now droppable
  • Luftwaffe Ground Forces LMG34 price reduced to 80 MU
  • Nashorn sight range increased to 35
  • Nashorn weapon range decreased to 50
  • Nashorn price increased to 450 MP, 400 F, 13 pop
  • Luftwaffe Schwimmwagon price decreased to 100 MP, 10 F

Wehrmacht
  • Defensive Officer
    • Officer can no longer supervise himself
    • Sprint removed from doctrine upgrade
  • Stuka flame rounds no longer do double flame damage (bug fix)
  • Pioneer Flamethrower reduced to 65 MU
  • StuG IV skirt pricing reduced to 80 MU, manpower price reduced to 280 MP
  • Sturmpioneer MP44 price reduced to 80 MU, bundle grenades priced reduced to 50 MU
  • Saboteurs now have support Concealing Smoke (2 minutes cooldown)
  • Sturmpioneer resupply increased from 2 to 4

But seriously thanks for your hard work towards this mod. I wouldn't be here 7 1/2 years later if you guys weren't doing a diligent job at keeping this mod chugging away at the behest of fussy balance gripes and ever-changing vCoH stats. It's nice to be able to continue to enjoy this game after so many years

Since Falls have their FG42s reduced to 32.5 per gun now can the Johns LMG upgrade be reduced to 65Mu? (32.5 Mu per gun) TBH 55 or 60 Mu would be better because  they cant shot on the move compared to FG42s, and Falls are cheaper to use then Devils Brigade now.

Devils brigade will likely get changed in an upcoming patch that will be dealing with some of the OMG exclusive units.
